This Personal Financial Statement Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) governs purchases of the Personal Financial Statement service offered by Green Zone Capital Advisors® (“Green Zone”).

By submitting a Personal Financial Statement and completing payment, the purchaser (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy, together with Green Zone’s applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Refund Policy:

“Business Day” means any Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

“Customer Information” means all personal, financial, business, ownership, asset, liability, income, valuation, tax-related, contingent liability, guarantee, and other information entered, submitted, or otherwise provided by the Customer in connection with the PFS.

“Delivery” or “Delivered” means Green Zone’s electronic transmission of the completed PFS to the email address designated by the Customer during submission.

“Green Zone Error” means an error caused by Green Zone or its automated systems in the transcription, calculation, formatting, generation, or presentation of Customer Information that was properly submitted by the Customer.

“PFS” means the Personal Financial Statement Powered by Green Zone Capital Advisors™ generated from Customer Information.

“Purchase” means the Customer’s completed submission of the PFS form together with successful payment of the applicable fee.

“Revision Request” means one consolidated request submitted by the Customer at one time requesting changes, corrections, additions, or updates to a completed PFS. A Revision Request may contain any number of individual line-item changes submitted together. Changes submitted later or through a separate communication constitute a

separate Revision Request.

2. Final and Non-Refundable Purchase

The current fee for the PFS is $197.

The PFS fee becomes final and non-refundable upon completion of the Purchase. Payment occurs only after the Customer has completed the required sections of the PFS form, and submission of payment occurs in connection with final submission of the Customer’s PFS information.

By completing the Purchase, the Customer authorizes Green Zone to generate the PFS based upon the Customer Information submitted.

Except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy, all PFS Purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. Automated Generation and Electronic Delivery

The PFS is generated electronically using Customer Information.

Following completion of the applicable submission process, Green Zone electronically sends the completed PFS to the email address provided by the Customer.

Delivery is deemed completed when Green Zone transmits the completed PFS to the Customer’s designated email address, regardless of whether the Customer subsequently opens, downloads, reviews, forwards, or otherwise accesses the PFS.

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address and for maintaining access to that email account.

A Customer’s failure to receive or access the PFS because of an incorrect email address, email filtering, spam filtering, mailbox limitations, failure to review email, or other circumstance outside Green Zone’s reasonable control does not extend the applicable Revision Period or create a right to a refund.

4. Customer Responsibility for Information

The PFS is generated solely from Customer Information.

Green Zone does not independently audit, investigate, authenticate, appraise, confirm, or otherwise verify the accuracy, completeness, ownership, value, validity, or current

status of Customer Information.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all information submitted, including, as applicable:

 contact information;

 cash and other assets;

 liabilities and indebtedness;

 income;

 real estate;

 business ownership interests;

 account balances;

 estimated or stated valuations;

 contingent liabilities;

 tax-related information;

 personal guarantees; and

 any other information requested in connection with the PFS.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing the completed PFS before signing, submitting, relying upon, or providing it to any bank, lender, financial institution, professional advisor, or other third party.

Green Zone does not certify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy of Customer Information merely because such information appears on a PFS generated through

Green Zone.

5. Complimentary Revision Period

A Customer may submit one (1) complimentary Revision Request within three (3) Business Days following Delivery of the completed PFS (the “Revision Period”).

The complimentary Revision Request may include any number of individual line-item changes, corrections, additions, or updates, provided all requested changes are

submitted together as one Revision Request.

The complimentary Revision Request may be used to correct or update Customer Information that the Customer originally submitted incorrectly, incompletely, or omitted.

The Revision Period expires at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the third Business Day following the date of Delivery.

For clarity, Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as Business Days.

6. Additional Revision Requests

After the Customer has used the complimentary Revision Request, each additional Revision Request submitted during the original Revision Period will be subject to a $25 revision fee.

Each additional Revision Request may contain any number of individual line-item changes submitted together at the same time.

Submission of additional changes through a subsequent email, message, communication, or other separate request constitutes a new Revision Request and may result in an additional $25 revision fee.

Once the Revision Period has expired, Customer-requested changes are no longer available as revisions to the original Purchase. The Customer must purchase a new PFS to make additional changes or generate an updated PFS.

Green Zone reserves the reasonable right to determine whether a requested change constitutes a permissible Revision Request or requires the purchase of a new PFS.

7. Green Zone Errors

If a completed PFS contains a Green Zone Error, Green Zone will correct the Green Zone Error and provide a corrected PFS at no additional charge.

Corrections of Green Zone Errors:

 are not counted as the Customer’s complimentary Revision Request;

 are not subject to the $25 additional Revision Request fee; and

 do not require the Customer to purchase a new PFS.

For purposes of this Section, a Green Zone Error does not include inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, omitted, or otherwise incorrect Customer Information submitted by the Customer.

Green Zone’s correction and redelivery of a PFS containing a Green Zone Error will constitute Green Zone’s remedy for such error.

8. Third-Party Acceptance Not Guaranteed

Green Zone does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any bank, lender, financial institution, accountant, attorney, government agency, investor, creditor, professional advisor, or other third party will accept the PFS in lieu of that party’s own required financial statement, application, schedule, form, documentation, or underwriting requirements.

A third party’s refusal to accept, rely upon, or use the PFS does not constitute grounds for a refund.

The Customer may use the PFS as a financial reference or organizational document when completing a financial institution’s proprietary personal financial statement or other required documentation.

9. No Guarantee of Financing, Credit Approval, or Financial Outcome

Purchase, generation, possession, submission, or use of the PFS does not constitute and shall not be interpreted as a representation, promise, warranty, or guarantee of:

 loan approval;

 credit approval;

 financing availability;

 lender acceptance;

 any particular loan amount or credit facility;

 any particular interest rate;

 any particular financing structure or terms;

 any underwriting outcome;

 acceptance by any bank, lender, financial institution, or other third party; or

 any other financial or credit outcome.

The PFS is a financial information document generated from Customer Information. It does not constitute a financing commitment, credit decision, lender approval, or representation that financing will be available.

10. Technical Issues and Delayed Delivery

Green Zone intends for the PFS to be generated and delivered electronically following completion of the required submission process.

Temporary technical problems, email delays, system interruptions, internet outages, processing interruptions, or other technology-related issues do not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.

If a technical issue attributable to Green Zone prevents proper generation or Delivery of a purchased PFS, Green Zone will make reasonable efforts to correct the technical issue and generate or redeliver the completed PFS.

Correction and delivery or redelivery of the PFS will constitute Green Zone’s remedy for a technical issue affecting generation or Delivery, except where Green Zone determines in its discretion that a refund or other remedy is appropriate.

11. Duplicate Transactions

If Green Zone verifies that a Customer was unintentionally charged more than once for the same PFS Purchase as a result of a duplicate transaction, Green Zone will refund the verified duplicate charge.

A duplicate transaction does not include separate or intentional purchases, repeated submissions made by the Customer for different PFS documents, or purchases intended to generate an updated or replacement PFS.

The Customer should not intentionally submit the same payment or PFS Purchase more than once.

12. Fraud, Misuse, Unlawful Conduct, and Prohibited Activity

Green Zone reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, restrict, or terminate access to the PFS service where Green Zone reasonably suspects:

 fraud or attempted fraud;

 unauthorized payment activity;

 unlawful or prohibited use;

 knowingly false or deceptive submissions;

 abusive or threatening conduct;

 misuse of the PFS or Green Zone services; or

 conduct inconsistent with the intended lawful purpose of the PFS.

Green Zone may determine, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, whether a refund, credit, cancellation, or other remedy is appropriate under such circumstances.

Nothing in this Refund Policy authorizes the use of the PFS or Green Zone’s services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

13. Discretionary Refunds and Exceptions

Except where this Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise, Green Zone is not obligated to issue a refund, credit, replacement, or other financial accommodation.

Green Zone may, in its sole discretion, approve a refund, credit, fee waiver, replacement, or other exception in an individual circumstance.

Any discretionary accommodation provided by Green Zone:

1. applies only to the particular transaction or Customer for which it was granted;

2. does not modify this Refund Policy;

3. does not establish a precedent for future transactions; and

4. does not create any contractual or other entitlement to a similar accommodation in the future.

14. Refund and Billing Requests

Requests involving refunds, duplicate charges, billing errors, or other payment-related matters must be submitted to:

The request should include, at minimum:

 the Customer’s full name;

 the email address used for the Purchase;

 the transaction date; and

 a reasonably detailed description of the issue.

Green Zone may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate or verify the request.

Submission of a refund or billing request does not, by itself, establish entitlement to a refund.

15. Relationship to Terms & Conditions

This Refund Policy forms part of the terms governing the Customer’s Purchase and use of the PFS and should be read together with Green Zone’s Terms & Conditions and

Privacy Policy.

To the extent Green Zone’s Terms & Conditions contain provisions concerning governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, electronic communications, prohibited activity, or other generally applicable contractual matters, those provisions remain applicable to the Purchase and use of the PFS.

If a direct conflict exists between this Refund Policy and Green Zone’s Terms & Conditions specifically regarding refunds, PFS revisions, or PFS delivery, this Refund Policy will control with respect to those matters unless the applicable Terms & Conditions expressly state otherwise.

16. No Waiver

Green Zone’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this Refund Policy does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Green Zone’s right to enforce the same or any other provision in the future.

A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is granted and does not constitute a continuing waiver.

17. Policy Acceptance

By completing payment and submitting the PFS form, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. the Customer has had the opportunity to review this Refund Policy before completing the Purchase;

2. the $197 PFS fee becomes final and non-refundable upon Purchase except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy;

3. the PFS is generated from Customer Information and Green Zone does not independently verify that information;

4. the Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of Customer Information;

5. the Customer’s complimentary Revision Request is subject to the Revision Period and other limitations stated in this Refund Policy;

6. acceptance of the PFS by any third party is not guaranteed; and

7. purchase or use of the PFS does not guarantee financing, credit approval, or any particular financial outcome.

The Customer’s completion of payment and submission of the PFS constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.
